Family Cross Country Ski Lessons

Want to stay fit during the winter months? Stride into action by learning how to Cross-Country ski during a Minnesota winter! This course will provide entry-level ski instruction, including an explanation of the equipment and techniques. Your ski experience will allow you to explore the groomed trails of Minnewashta Regional Park. Registration includes necessary equipment: skis, ski boots, and  poles. For adults and families with children 8 years old and up; youth must register with a registered/participating adult.

Digital Preservation Day

Bring photos or letter-sized (8.5 x 11) documents important to you or your family history to be scanned with professional high-resolution equipment provided by Minitex and the Minnesota Digital Library. Community members should bring their own flash drive for saving their digital copies. Stop in anytime between 1:30-4:30. Scanning is free but may be limited to 3-10 items per person, on a first come, first serve basis.
